Ingredients:
250g butter (must be butter)
125ml castor sugar
2 cups maizena
125ml chopped Pecan
125ml chopped Almond
125ml chopped Pistachio (Pista)
1 cup flour
5 slabs Cadbury dairy milk chocolate or half a block of baking chocolate
Desiccated coconut - roast slightly in oven.
Method:
Cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy
Add maizena & mix well
Add all the nuts
Lastly add a little flour @ a time to form a soft but not sticky dough.
Bake @ 180 deg for about 15 mins or until firm but not brown
Cool completely
Roll in melted choc then desiccated coconut....
